When we refer to ‘we’ ‘our’ or ‘us’ that means NPE Print and any wholly-owned company. Our headquarters are in Singapore.

1. Your Name and Contact Details (Such as your residential address or business address, contact number, email address and etc) In order to provide you with the products or services you required, we will need to provide your personal data to third parties engaged by NPE Print to assist us in providing the products or services you required, such as our delivery service provider, sending you information of our new products/services.


2. Your Payment Information. To create orders, do transaction records in our system, agreements for the sales of our products/services, accounts, tax invoices, receipts, and any refunds required.


3. Candidate for Employment (If Applicable) To assist us in the employment process we may collect other information during our recruitment process. This may include providing information relating to your previous employment history, working eligibility rights, suitability for the position that you are applying for, your referee details, and any other information to access our suitability for a position at NPE Print.


4. Any Form of Contact History between NPE Print and You To assist to answer you with your questions, provide you with any information or advice, responding to complaints made, and all other related issues.


5. Your Shopping Preference (List of products/services you have purchased from NPE Print) This will include your shopping history, types of items, choice of colors, or any other attributes of products or services we have provided you or may provide you in the future. This is to provide you with relevant consumer information and we will be able to notify you of products ad special offers that may be of interest to you.


6. Marketing Preferences

This includes the type of marketing materials you would like to receive and the method of delivery either via Whats App, email, SMS, direct mailing, social advertising, or any others). It also involves our communication with you regarding our products, services, special offers, and events that might interest you.


7. Responses to Surveys, Competitions, and Promotions To be eligible to participate and have the opportunity to win an ongoing campaign run by NPE Print, we will need to collect certain information depending on the types of marketing.


8. Information Provided via Forms / NPE Print Team Members If you got in touch with any of our members or via form regarding our products and services. This is to ensure that NPE Print carries out the planning, administration, marketing, fraud, procurement, product and service development, quality control, or any other research to improve NPE Print to provide better products and services to you.

Please note that it may take up to 8 weeks to remove you from our list.

We understand the importance of your personal data and have Data Security Policies in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, maintain data accuracy and ensure the appropriate use of information. Correction of Your Personal Data
